City Sightseeing: Wycieczki autobusowe wskakuj/wyskakuj do Toronto (Toronto Hop-on Hop-off Bus Wycieczka)

Zakup biletów był łatwy, ale nie mogłem uzyskać dostępu do biletów w aplikacji, którą musiałem pobrać. Na szczęście dostęp do nich z wiadomości e-mail z potwierdzeniem był prosty. Pan zajmujący się relacjami z klientami nie mógł być bardziej entuzjastyczny i pomocny. Przewodnicy i kierowca byli znakomici! Manewrowanie tym ogromnym pojazdem na ciasnych zakrętach było dla mnie niesamowite. Tak dobrze zrobione! Przewodnik ma świetne informacje, wiedzę i energię.

Przyjazny i skuteczny. Na czas.

Byłoby miło słyszeć narrację, nawet gdy przewodnik idzie na górę autobusu. Noszę aparaty słuchowe i wolałbym nie musieć ich wyjmować, aby założyć słuchawki. Gdyby przemówienia były wystarczająco głośne w każdym miejscu, pomogłoby to. Przewodnicy to wspaniali ludzie.

Just thought in-comparison to similar sightseeing services in other countries, that the 24 hour hop-on-hop-off-service wouldn't stop so early in the day. The 24 hour name suggest later running times and not a 4pm finish. While I understand stopping service due to traffic building at 4pm, I think the city offers enough activities to justify putting the service back on after rush hour and having late running times to enjoy the city night life. We ended up rushing some of our excursions and hardly got any mileage out of our tickets because of the time constraints and felt it was a huge waste of money that could have gone into better things.

We were well taken care of by the staff. We were disappointed that the e us didn't stop closer to Casa Loma. Also the app said that the bus started at 10 am . We had hoped to get a bit earlier start , but then arranged our day accordingly . As we were walking up to Dundas Square - we saw the bus pull away - it was about 9:50 - definitely before 10 - we waited for the next bus. For future, you might want to ensure that the app had correct information.

Ce fut très plaisant de pouvoir visiter la ville de Toronto de cette façon. Par contre, les explications des différents endroits en Français ne concordait pas avec les lieux. Ça n'arrivait pas lorsqu'on était devant l'endroit.

The experience was okay but the headphones in the lower section of bus had too much static so sometimes hard to make out the person speaking. The live person was very funny though so that was enjoyable.

Rory, our guide was amazing!! Toronto seen through his eyes is a gift. The others couldn't hold a candle to him. The experience was amazing, thanks to him.

We had a great tour guide named Punch...very informative and good recommendations.

Great staff! A good way to discover cities.
