I didn't quite understand how the ticketing system worked, this wasn't an issue with Headout I just couldn't wrap my head around it. When I called into their support they provided amazing service and did everything they could to help me out and ended up sending me all my tickets individually

Nada, los tiquetes no llegaron, durantebdos dias nos comunicamos todo el tiempo, y nos decian que esperaramos 30 minutos más, asi nos tuviwrob los doa dias. Les dijimos que ibamos a comprar otro tour, porque ya era el día que debiamos hacerlo y no podiamos esperar. Nos dijeron que compraramos y les mandaramos las fotos para hacer la devolucion del dinero. Dos horas despues de haber empezado el tour que compramos, nos llegaron los tiquetes.

I didn't get tickets but only a voucher with which I can't get anywhere. every time they enter they want a QR code and a voucher number. this is a scam from you and I will complain
