Auschwitz & Birkenau Guided Tour with Transfers & Optional Private Tour

Nasze doświadczenie było bardzo dobre. Cała wycieczka trwała około siedmiu godzin (jak nas poinformowano, gdy dokonywaliśmy rezerwacji), wróciliśmy na czas i mogliśmy cieszyć się miłą kolacją i drinkami na starym mieście. Nasz kierowca, Patryk, był bardzo miły i przyjazny. Nasz przewodnik (nie pamiętam jego imienia) był również bardzo dobry, z doskonałą wiedzą i oprowadził nas dokładnie tak, jak wyobrażaliśmy sobie to konkretne miejsce, ze spokojem i szacunkiem. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni!

Doskonała komunikacja z odbiorem i dowozem; kierowca bardzo uprzejmy i przyjazny. Wszyscy cieszyliśmy się doświadczeniem od początku do końca, biletami, a nasz angielski przewodnik był genialny. Szczęśliwi klienci :) dziękuję

Nasz przewodnik brzmiał jak narrator filmowy... Był świetny i naprawdę wciągający i prawdopodobnie źle przeliteruję jego imię, ale było to coś w rodzaju Matthias.

To change the pick up time from 9am to 6am at less than 18 hours notice is unacceptable. No reason given and it was not helpful at all. Our guide and excursion was fine - although the minibus was very cramped & full.

The tour of Auschwitz was very emotional and very well organised. However on our arrival at Auschwitz at 08.30hrs we were informed by our driver that our tour was not until 11.00hrs and we should go to Birkenbau. He took us to Birkenbau and left us to look around by ourselves with no tour guide. We were then collected and returned for our 11.00hrs tour. This was not what we had booked. We were walking blindly around Birkenbau gathering information from signs. The guide would have provided a far better insight and detailed knowledge. I know this as the guide that took us around Auschwitz was excellent and he was due to be our guide as Birkenbau.

Everything was great from start to finish. Our driver Norbert was fantastic and our tour guide was great and very good explaining everything on the tour

It was well organized. I know that you have no control over it but you need a lot more time than 2 1/2 hours to take it all in. The guide was amazing and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have had more time at certain parts to reflect.

Seemed like bait and switch. Time changed by almost four hours and did not have small group tour signed up for. You need to do a better job screening your providers. Tour in Auschwitz 1 seemed rushed.

We had expected longer time to explore the venue. We felt the guide rushed the experience with little or no time to read the information boards or take photos. The older and slower members of the group were left behind and missed some of his commentary.

Damien was a great driver and was wonderful getting us through the queues. He was instrumental in getting us a fast lunch between Camp 1 and Birkenau

The entire experience from pickup/ drop to/ from Auschwitz tour was very good. Our driver Greg was very humble and good natured and made the journey smooth. He was patient and also provide information about the whereabouts of the city. Our English Tour guide was very nice orator. It was very informative and interesting tour. She was good with taking up questions and answered them. Overall the experience was good for us.

Der Tour was sehr gut geführt. Unser Guide war sehr sympathisch und konnte uns viel wie möglich Informationen mitteilen. Auch hat er uns seine Meinung mitgeteilt, was für uns als nicht Polnischen Bürger sehr wichtig war. Ausschwitzt ist auf jeden Fall eine Pflicht in Leben jedem zu besichtigen. Aber einmal reicht. Nachdem hat man viele offene Fragen für sich selbst, für die Zukunft unserer Welt. Wir befanken uns herzlich an allen , die unser Tour organisiert haben und noch Mal besonders an unseren Guide.

We booked a small group tour and this was changed at the last minute. We found the venue far too crowded. Movement in some buildings was too congested and wasn't respectful to the sadness of the storyline. Our guide was on a route March and didn't take account of us who had mobility issues. That was why we chose a small group. Not happy.

Everything was well organised and the tour guide was excellent. A very reflective and sobering visit which made the horrors of this human tragedy very real.

This was a great experience. I find that others find it difficult to communicate in my language, English, but I appreciate the effort they make to do so. There were changes to our itinerary but they were communicated in a timely manner and we were able to follow up to confirm the details. The guide was awesome and would recommend him on this excursion.

The excursion to Auschwitz was fascinating but we particularly booked a small group tour in the morning, and paid in advance. Unfortunately, it appeared that neither was possible, so we were bumped to a 4pm entry time and put in a large group. I am still awaiting a refund for the difference in ticket price.

Comodissimo essere prelevati dall'autista all'albergo ed essere assistiti nell'ingresso al museo. Abbiamo avuto problemi di accesso perché erano stati venduti troppi biglietti per guida in inglese ma grazie all'ortimo autista siamo entrati in orario, anche se abbiamo dovuto seguire una guida polacca anziché inglese.

Our driver Lukas was excellent! Arrived on time and was full of information and facts on the journey! He made it really fun. Our tour guide at the camp was Anna, she was so informative and passionate about what she was saying and we learned so much. An excellent trip from start to finish, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

My experience is really very emotional. Everyone should go at least once in their life to never forget. Our guide Jakub was outstanding. He spoke so faithfully and emotionally about everything, so that he did not leave anyone indifferent. And he lived through it all emotionally with us. Kudos to that man indeed. Sanja from Croatia

I liked the fact tour went ahead . Have been cancelled before . This is what we came for lucky I found this tour at short notice. Glad we were able to pay respects to all those that suffered there.
