Came across Headout while searching for tickets to Sunway Lagoon. Headout prices were the cheapest so booked tickets without reading reviews. Was a bit worried later after reading all the negative reviews but everything went so well with our booking I don't get the reason for all the negative reviews. We had a great experience with Headout and would highly recommend it. I am booking Aquaria KLCC tickets as well with Headouts which actually is the best offer I came across again. Thank you Headout

Kids loves the Waterpark and rides , white tiger in wildlife park, crossing the suspension bridge. We will definitely come back again.

Wokół parku było kilku fotografów... kliknęli nasze zdjęcie i powiedzieli, że dostaniecie je przy bramie wyjściowej. Kiedy dotarliśmy do bramy wyjściowej, powiedzieli nam 80 MR za 8 zdjęć po wysłaniu na what's app. To była grabież. Wynajem szafek był bardzo wysoki. 424 MR plus 25 MR za szafkę To 5-dniowa pensja w Malasiya W przeciwnym razie mieliśmy wiele radości

Zrobiłem wszystkie moje plany z wyprzedzeniem, zamiast robić plany przy kasie. Zaoszczędzony czas. Wciąż jeden dzień to za mało dla dzieci, tyle przygód i zajęć.

W przypadku biletów na Sunway Lagoon plik pdf biletu został uszkodzony po przesłaniu do aplikacji i wiadomości e-mail. Wydawało się również, że jest to starsza / niewłaściwa wersja biletu wymaganego do Sunway Lagoon. Jednak zespołowi wsparcia udało się wszystko naprawić, więc ostatecznie wszystko było w porządku :)

Jeden z najlepszych dni spędzonych w Malezji to park wodny Sunway Lagoon. Ekscytujące przejażdżki po egzotycznym szlaku dżungli można tam znaleźć wszystko. Chętnie wybrałbym się tam ponownie...

bought the tix from the website, waited for 20 mins before deciding to cancel it and get the refund which was allowed according to the email. 5 mins later got the tix and emailed them for any status on the refund but to no response

The whole experience was wonderful,the games the food,the water park was amazing the kids enjoyed so much.also we booked the tickets through headout it was easy and reliable.

Everything was good, but on days when the weather is cloudy or rainy, they should either give another day as a gift or return the money to be fair.

Many good rides were closed , even the big water pool is under maintenance and this was not mentioned under your website

Ticketing was without any problem. The staff was pleasant, the view was nice and interesting, and the life music was appealing.

We didn't recieve our online tickets until 2 hours after I had paid for them. Sunway would not let us in, until we had the virtual tickets emailed to us. Even though I had paid for them and I had a reciept. Both the workers at Sunway and myself tried to contact Headout, but no one would answer the phone to recitfy the situation. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I understand that Headout is a third party, however we were directed to them, through the Sunway website. We had paid for a ticket until 11pm, but were informed that the park was closing at 6pm due to Ramadan. So we missed out on most of the activities/rides. This information should have been specified when we purchased the tickets. An extrememly disappointing experience - however - staff at Sunway were fantastic and there were no ques. Which made up for the frustrations at the beginning of the day. My advice - purchase tickets well before you go to Sunway and contact the staff at Sunway beforehand, to make sure you understand when they are closing or any information you may need to know on the day.
