Very nice experience and unique, you can't miss it, even if you are scared of highs....it's something that in the ballon you don't feel it!!

The pick and drop was on time and in comfortable vehicle and the flight was the best, from watching the crew prepare the balloon for the flight, watching the sunrise and to landing and having celebration champagne was all a beautiful and a life time experience. Bucket list checked ✔️ ❤️

AWESOME! Pilot was very experienced. The landing was super smooth and the views spectacular! I made a mistake during the reservation with the wrong address and they were able to make adjustments thanks to Patsy! Loved it

Wspaniała załoga, bardzo profesjonalna. Lot balonem był bardzo imponujący i zdaliśmy sobie sprawę, że brakuje nam pokory i że jesteśmy gośćmi na tej ziemi. Dzięki za wspaniałą wycieczkę, mieliśmy też szczęście z pogodą👍

Watching the balloon fill with air especially after they turned the flame on. We also loved flying so low as to be able to see into the caves. We also enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to take photos for us!

Agent odpowiadał powoli i nie potwierdził szczegółów rezerwacji do godziny 19:00 poprzedniego dnia. To wyraźnie postawiło nas w niepewnej sytuacji, nie znając czasu odbioru ani lokalizacji przez większą część dnia. Należy pamiętać, że balon nie zostanie zabrany z Goreme i nie jest jasne, że transfer autobusem trwa 1 godzinę.

We had a great experience...from pick up from the hotel right on time to the drop off, we had a comfortable experience..we booked this online and I am happy all went smooth...amazing fly on the hot air balloon with a beautiful sunrise to look to....our Pilot was good and kept us comfortable.....would recommend

Flying was good, People were friendly and kind, however our flight was over some valleys which no have more attarctions, we expected to fly over the beautiful valley well known in Goreme. Another unusual thing was on the way back to the hotel the driver of the van amd other passengers stop the car and get out around ten minutes just for smoking, meanwhile other passengers were waiting in the van. But not.

Die Heißluftballofahrt ist spektakulär! Es macht auch nichts, dass man nicht über das Hauptvalley in Göreme fliegt. Unser Guide und Pilot war klasse! Aber völlig unnötig ist das Frühstück - lieber hätte ich eine Stunde länger geschlafen. Denn es ist relativ dürftig und keine nette Atmosphäre. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn man direkt vom Shuttlebus zum Startpunkt gefahren worden wäre.

Wonderful experience starting from breakfast to landing. The ticketing experience was poor. We were party of 5 when we booked. One person had to drop off due to last minute emergency so a week before the flight we asked to cancel that person's booking. However the whole group's booking got canceled. We found out the night before the flight and tried to rebook but couldn't do it due to no seats available. We had to stay one more night to catch day afters flight. The response from booking agency in Turkey was very poor. Asked us to contact via WhatsApp but nobody replies. Tried calling several times with no success.

El servicio y el. Personal es muy bueno, te recogen en tiempo, la experiencia es linda, lo único es que el sitio no tiene mucho para ver, es solo para vivir la experiencia del viaje en globo. Igual lo recomiendo. El piloto del globo todo un experto e hizo la experiencia mucho mejor

It was easy in booking procedure and indeed a lifetime experience in flying in a hot air baloon though my slightest disappointment was after realising we had only 5 baloons flying from our site. When I saw hundreds of baloons up in the air in the far distance and enquired about it with the captain, he said it was a different site (Goreme). This was where I had seen on the advert and when I and several other flyers asked him whether we could join them he said he was not allowed. Lesson learned for me and others, no worries. Next time, I would book there.

Transfer pontual, balão limpo e bonito. Viagem foi espetacular, mais o vale que fomos levados era muito distante de Goreme onde ficam as paisagens mais bonitas. Este Vale fica mais de 1:30 h de viagem.

Die Organisation war gut, hat alles funktioniert. In der Bestätigung stand allerdings Ballonflug im Göreme-Tal, stattgefunden hat es im Soganlital, weshalb eine sehr lange Fahrzeit zustande kam.

Un'esperienza fantastica. Vedrai dei paesaggi incantevoli accompagnato da piloti molto bravi e preparati. Un plauso al nostro autista, bravissimo e simpatico
