The activities were both really cool, I didn't see the time passed when we were in the theme park there was a lot to do. And TeamLabs was really an experience, I do recommended doing it at night! We were tired of our long day but it was totally worth it!

To było niesamowite doświadczenie. Kupiłem bilet na głównego kutasa. Chciałem iść do górnego kutasa, ale powiedziano mi, że muszę czekać 2 godziny, aby dostać się do górnego kutasa. Myślę, że to trochę niegrzeczne, ale ogólnie było to dobre doświadczenie

Ticketing experience was great - very easy to book online. The bus was clean, the host friendly and the audio informative. The only negative was that when returing from Tokyo Tower, the wait time for the bus was over 30 minutes. It would be better if there were more frequent buses.

It was very easy to just scan my ticket when I got there opposed to waiting in a long line. The website was easy to use. The Tokyo tower is absolutely beautiful, especially at night.

It was great to see the city from above. We had amazing weather too. Wasn't so crowded because we went on a Monday afternoon.

Your staff were very good, the venue is very good and loved the views. Just too many people. Big queues everywhere . You need to limit the number of people in each session like they do at other tourist venues in order to improve the experience

The reason we bought the hop in hop off bus was because it visited places we wanted to see. Unfortunately our morning did not start well as I took almost 1 hour in the Tokyo heat to find the pick up point. The sign was so small compared to other hop on hop off that I have experienced around the world. This meant we missed the 10.35 departure and the next one would not be until 2 pm. We therefore had to make our own way to the Tokyo Tower. We ended up catching the 2pm bus only to be told that it would not do the complete loop and we would need to wait for the next one. This meant we sat for 55 minutes until the next bus arrived. The finding and catching the bus in the heat made it frustrating. The hop on hop off bus experience unfortunately was not great.

the tower facilities were clean, the shops inside were really cool, and the whole experience was amazing! me, my husband, and my five year old loved it.

It's on another level, i have never seen rides like this, completely exhilerating. I wasn't expecting to be as blown away as i was, i got the big coaster feeling without stepping on a big rollercoaster. Great for kids and adults i would recommend this to anyone, plenty of food and drink available and lots of choices of rides, there is a smoking area available inside as well for those that may require one

We had a great time. I was not expecting much from an indoor amusement park but Joypolis had a lot to do and all of the rides and experiences were very well done. Its a great place for couples and friend groups as many rides pair you with another person. Also staff and actors at the park were very friendly and enthusiastic!

Overall purchase was successful. I booked online but from the venue as the in-person queue was long. My issue was that your processing of the purchase took a long time. Around 30min. I managed to get entry based on the booking number even though the tickets hadn't arrived.
