Opportunities for improvement: 1) 5 or 6 seating clusters were reserved and then not used for the duration of our visit so that it was difficult for my husband and I to find comfortable seats together. 2) the sausages were very low quality. 3) the music was too soft to create a relaxed ambiance but they may be due to the crowded nature of the venue. We would not do this again.

Excellent food, drinks and service, lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Plaza is too packed - lounge access should be quiet, spacious and alot of food choices- this was very basic. We were in a corner being disturbed by people getting their cans frm the fridge, no space to put luggage. Food choices were poor. Prosecco was to be paid for! Not a lounge experience in my view for the price paid

The lounge had limited variety, questionable quality and limited quantity of food. It took 30 minutes for the staff to locate our booking and allow us in.

Please note the below feedback is in reference to the venue and NOT Headout.com. I was very disappointed with the London Heathrow Airport Plaza Premium lounge considering the amount of money we paid. Upon arrival they couldn't find the booking and we was waiting a while until is was found. There was only one choice of table offered in a corner by the bin. What made this experience even more dreadful was the food services... the food area was messy and dirty, cold empty pots of food. Options available were rice, some sort of chicken sauce and pasta penne with tomato sauce (which was cold). Crackers with butter. This was a present for my partner for a nice start on our city break which in fact had the opposite effect, we have been better off and happier eating a sandwich in the terminal. Very disappointed for the entire experience and for the amount of money I paid. I have used BA Business Club lounges in the past which had much higher standard no comparison to the London Heathrow Airport Plaza Premium lounge. Waiting for your thoughts on this.
