Venice Half-Day Guided Tour with Gondola Ride

Mieliśmy mnóstwo problemów ze znalezieniem biura na spotkanie z naszym przewodnikiem. Mapy Google nie działały dobrze i po prostu kręciliśmy się w kółko wokół Placu Świętego Marka. Poprosiliśmy o pomoc wojskowych, policjantów i właścicieli sklepów, ale w końcu znaleźliśmy biuro 30 minut po tym, jak nasza wycieczka wyruszyła do Bazyliki. Na szczęście udało nam się dogonić naszą grupę w Bazylice. Z jakiegoś powodu, przechodząc przez Pałac Dożów, ci z nas, którzy wybierali się na przejażdżkę gondolą, musieli opuścić grupę i wrócić później na własną rękę, aby zobaczyć resztę wycieczki. Czas wydawał się być zbyt napięty. Przewodnik był świetny, ale czas był po prostu wyłączony przez cały dzień. Kiedy poszliśmy na gondolę, gondolier spędził cały czas krzycząc na innych gondolierów i żartując z nimi. To było jak kiepska przejażdżka w Disneylandzie. Byliśmy jedną gondolą po drugiej, po prostu wracając do punktu spotkania. Myślę, że jedyną rzeczą, którą nam wskazano, było miejsce, w którym zatrzymał się Mozart.

Arianna was the BEST tour guide I have ever had. Thank you soo much for making Venice such an amazing experience for my wife and I - this was the highlight of our honeymoon.

The Tour Guy was the company we should have booked with - avoid Headout (a broker). The website on mobile when I booked put the wrong date - the Crowdsite glitch also happened and the site booked the tour time+day AFTER it already happened! HEADOUT REFUSED TO CHANGE IT! Luckily THE TOUR GUY CHANGED IT. AVOID HEADOUT. As for the tour, Venice is such a unique, magical place. Our guide was a lovely local Venetian, a professor-like lady and had tons of information - she was kind and very considerate. She gave us the basics of all we needed to know. I think we might have preferred a guide with more stories and less facts and who was a little more fluent in English - it was often hard to understand everything. Also, try avoid Italy in the summer, the heat is unbearable and we underestimated this. Bring lots of water and a fan or spray mist bottle. Crazy heat! Climate change not doing places like Rome and Venice any favours! The overall experience was the best it could've been, it was good.

Our guide, Marina, was excellent and had so many interesting stories about Venice and its wonderful history, art, and architecture. Her knowledge was absolutely amazing. We greatly enjoyed the experience.

We really enjoyed the tour. Nico, our guide, was awesome. He had deep knowledge of backgrounds and explained everything very well. Basilica and Palazzo were very impressive. The gondola a fun bonus and a must in Venice anyway.

The activities and tour guide helped me experience Venice very effectively

First of all, I expected to go, Murano Bruno because it was written on website, but when we go to türe, they said to us Bruno is not included and we said please ask they said to us where did you buy your ticket? We said we bought the tickets on Headout. They said to us head out sometimes doing like these things something like this. Be assumed to include Basilica, cultures,, Palace and Murano Bruno tour, I paid €140 for two most of the people paid just €100 for the Tour. I paid this price for included inclusion criteria but it was not met. And I paid much more and it was a time consuming, unfortunately. I request to be adjusted mistake.
