Worked reasonably well. Had to ask for help with person at the station. Hence was not flawless but was able to get it all done in a reasonable way.

Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert! Alle Qr Codes wurden problemlos gescannt und wir konnten mit der Besichtigung beginnen. Kein anstehen! Bei den Besichtigungen die man vorhat, ist es allerdings ratsam schon einige Tage im voraus zu planen, da spontan leider alles ausgebucht ist. Metro fahren inklusive war optimal und hat super funktioniert. Waren sehr zufrieden!

De CityPas is echt een aanrader. Het had voor ons echt een toegevoegde waarde dat het OV 3 dagen inbegrepen zat in de reis. Dat gaf ons de mogelijkheid binnen de stad makkelijk en snel te navigeren in plaats van steeds losse tickets te moeten kopen. Vooral op de drukke stations scheelt het veel tijd dat je niet steeds een los kaartje hoeft te kopen (of 10 ritten kaart). De Duomo was natuurlijk de topper maar met het inplannen hiervan hadden wij wel wat moeite, van de 3 dagen van onze pas konden wij maar 1 dag hier nog tijdsloten voor boeken en wat bleek, dat kwam omdat zaterdag/zondag middag hij dicht was vanwege een conferentie. Dit is niet gecommuniceerd via de app. TIP; je hoeft je bij de bezienswaardigheden niet aan het tijdslot van je keuze te houden, ze scannen gewoon de QR als je je reservering in de app hebt gemaakt. Gaf mij meer een vakantie gevoel en het scheelt een hoop geregel dat je niet constant op de tijd hoeft te letten!

This is a good service. Train back to Malpensa was slow leaving Milan, but we got to airport in time. Announcing platform (next time I'll know it is usually Platform 1) was slow in being made, so there was a bit of a rush to the train on a somewhat distant platform 1.
