Head out tickets definitely helped to move in quicker... The Cistern is superb. It does have stairs and no lift. Once down there it's all flat and imposing and amazing. Been to Istanbul 3 times not sure why I haven't been in here but it sure was worth it!!!

Basilika Cistern was fascinating. The skip the line ticket was super, we really didn't have to go through the long queue.

The cistern experience was absolutely superb and a bonus was the sculpture art installations set among the marble columns. A must visit when you visit Istanbul.

I loved the otherworldliness of the Cistern. The lights and the contemporary art was a lovely addition. The skip the queue line was so quick and easy. Our guide was able to get in for free and explain everything to us too. A great experience!

I loved cutting the line with online tickets! The atmosphere in the cistern was super awesome, the vibe fit it perfectly - a mystical place created by ancient civilizations. Loved it!

It was great not to have stood in the hot sun in the que. The only thing I can suggest is a better system with security communication as I got stopped at the end with no entry as they didnt believe I was scanned for the ticket. However, it was sorted and I walked straight in. Well done!

Very fast entrance no vaiting in the line, excelance organizaid. Badilica Cisterna was one of my favorite place in Istanbul, something like this you cant see eniwhere alse. For sure we are comming back

Our skip-the-line tickets to the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul were great. They saved us from waiting in a fairly lengthy line and gave us access to a very cool and interesting site.

Getting out tickets was quick and easy, as was getting into the attraction. The attraction was so beautiful, but was strangely ruined by the amount of people pouring down into the walkways. It was hard to see or experience the reverence of the Cistern with the amount of people crowding nearby in groups and in the tight spaces. I would recommend that there are special times for the big tour groups only, and different times for individuals so the big clusters of groups don't push into the individuals who are trying to experience the place more peacefully. I would like to return to see this place when it's more peaceful and less crowded. Thank you for the good work, it's an incredible exhibit of history and culture.

I bought tickets in front of Istanbul's Basilica cistern while looking at the que that was 200 meters long. Entered in 3 minutes. Worth the money!

Ticketing experience wasn't easy online, it was asking me to download the app to retrieve the tickets, which I didn't want to do. Skipping the queue was simple.

Thia was a great experience, tried to do it two years ago but it was closed for repairs , but managed to get to see a magnificent like temple to the engineers of the past , a must go and see , you will be amazed , book on line as the ques are long , enjoy the experience
