Preocupa-se com o bem estar de todos, sejam ciranças ou idosos. O passeio foi excepcional bela beleza da natureza e edificações, mas quem fez toda a diferença foi a guia Daniela. I booked through the pena palace website as headout is your trusted partner. According to the website I booked a guided tour to pena palace, cascais and cabo da roca. We arrived at the palace only in the afternoon and before entering the palace the guide informed us that this was not a guided tour as we were not provided with audioguides. Also he said that the palace only allows guided tours to groups up to 25 people and obviously the company booked 27 people for the specific day. Even though we tried to find a solution with him (who was very accommodating and polite to be honest) to my utmost disgust he informed us that the company's policy is not to provide guided tours and for the participants to be informed last minute. To me, this is a true scam and in your place I would reassess your trusted partner. Overall, it was not worth the money, the tour felt rushed and even though the kind guide tried to help us and share as much information as possible, in the end 27 people we felt completely taken for fouls and that we have fallen in a tourist trap. Extremely disappointing to have had this experience in portugal.

Na página de compra do ingresso estava escrito que teria entrada para Quinta da Regaleira (apesar de não ter notado a ausência dessa informação no próprio ingresso após a compra), porém o passeio não contemplava a mesma. Não consegui contactar o suporte, possuo prints que comprovam o ocorrido.
