Combo: Blue Grotto in Capri + Villa Jovis with Audio Guide Tickets

We enjoyed our self guided walking tour that included an audio that explains the ruins with photos on the app. Very detailed that also depicted how the Villa must have looked like. We purchased on line tickets that included the audio. It's similar to an iPhone and easy to use. There are bathrooms before entering as well as a park with benches. After leaving we took the trail outside the gate to Villa Lysis that was amazing. There isn't a sign and the trail is slightly overgrown but only for a short distance. Moderate difficulty. Mon ami avait le mal de mer et on a été forcé d abandonné au pied de la grotte (avant notre tour) et de rentrer au port de capri sur un autre bateau qui avait finit et devait rentrer...car on était sur un bateau avec pleins de passagers qui et on attendait que ce soit notre tour pour monter dans une barque pour y aller mais après 30 min d'attente, mon ami avait trop le mal de mer et avait besoin de descendre au + vite donc nous n'avons pas pu assister malheureusement à cette visite mais on en avait vraiment envie d'y aller.

You cheated us with this tkt and i spent 20euros for nothing. There is absolutely no use of this ticket. I want a refund of this

The tour was suspended and i couldn't make a complain in order to get my money back which I was told would happen at the venue
