Combo (Save 15%): Rome Hop-on Hop-off Bus Tour + Pantheon Skip-the-Line Tickets

Nice way to get around and see the city. It was rainy day, so we didn't get off because there were limited seats on the bottom level. We had already seen many of the sites anyways.

Colosseum was great but we never made it in time to do the Pantheon tour. The colosseum took longer than expected

The commentary didn't match where we were, it wasn't very informative or entertaining. The trip was very slow with long stops in the hot sun for traffic lights and at scheduled bus stops. We defeat we could have been given a lot more information and a bit less f shade would have helped.

Too long waiting for the bus, over crowded and non existent air conditioning on the bus !!

El mapa que está disponible en la web para tomar el bus no es el recorrido actual. Esperé más de una hora y nunca vino el bus, me cansé de llamar al número que figura en la web, nunca contestaron. Las paradas no están señalizadas. Muy mal.

Where was the bus located? Not shown correctly. Why couldn't we pick up our Pantheon tickets at the bus stop? Cos they were a separate company. Why did we have to walk to some random shop to get our Pantheon tickets only to find there were no headsets. Why did we get some QR code audio for our phones which only work on WiFi as we are from overseas. Not only that we would have to try and hear our phones alongside thousands of others and too much noise. We will not ever recommend this tour with yourselves to anyone as it was a waste of time, stress and money. Just easier to get an entrance ticket and buy a Pantheon audio tour for $15 for 2 people and sit and relax listening through headphones provided which we did as was easier. Your site is not informative enough and leaves so many questions unanswered with frustrated customers

The beginning was OK, but why make people go all the way to tErminal 1, when they possibly could hop on other stops too. Please consider people that are handicapped like me. It was very confusing and not well explained about the "skip the line Ticket". In the end we felt it took us more time than if we had taken another route. Also confusion about the yellow versus red tour on the brochure, versus the information on your website. Thus hesitant to recommend.
