Po pierwsze, autobus i przewodnik nie pojawili się na czas z 9:30 na 10:32. Nie wiedzieli również o planowanym zamknięciu drogi przed historyczną bostońską biblioteką publiczną... więc nasz kierowca cofnął się aż do ulicy St. James, co naprawdę zdenerwowało zarówno pracowników transportu publicznego, jak i lokalnych Bostończyków. Wysiedliśmy na Beacon Street, która była naszym pierwszym przystankiem tego dnia i nie byliśmy w stanie ponownie wsiąść. Wydawało się to kompletną stratą czasu i pieniędzy.

The driver and the guide did a nice job however we had paid for 24 stops and only eight stops were made. Since we had done the duck boat today before most of those stops we had already made. We specifically booked the 24th tour so that we could visit some places that we had not seen on the duck boat tour I realize this was out of the control of the guide and the driver, but we booked the Tour that morning online, and if we had been made aware that there were only gonna be eight stops, we would've looked for another alternative

The exact meeting spot (some random bus stop) was not clear. There was no way to check progress on where the bus was; and when contacting the company they said to just call their number to see where the bus was. In addition, there was no air conditioning in the bus on a 90 degree day. Overall, a miserable experience!

The tour was listed as a double decker bus tour but that was only one segment. 2/3rds was done by a dirty old shuttle bus with a pre-recorded audio that sounded like someone had a computer read out a Wikipedia page.

Would never book again. Much better companies out that that share more interesting info. Terrible.

Ja i moja rodzina byliśmy tak podekscytowani, aby zrobić tę wycieczkę po Bostonie i w końcu zrobiliśmy to 10/10/24, ku naszemu zaskoczeniu, była to tylko wycieczka Hafl. Doradziłeś 18 przystanków, ale spełniłeś tylko 8, ale tak, zapłaciliśmy pełną cenę, wydaje się, że to oszustwo, ponieważ nie powiedziałeś, że ze względu na koniec sezonu wycieczka zostanie skrócona, tak mi powiedziano, kiedy zapytałem jednego z pracowników tam, ale tak ponownie pobierasz PEŁNĄ cenę. Bus routes were not what was advertised. Extremely limited routes. Was told it was due to road closures but
Went to the competitor and all of the routes were open.

We (party of three) could not get on the bus! Waited for several busses, supposed to come every 15-20 minutes and each time, they were full. Never even got to get on! Finally gave up and went to our next scheduled tour.

HD the option to purchase the additional line to go to Harvard University - told only when we went to get off that that line no longer was available. We got back on and off at the end - worst hop on off bus tour we have EVER been on. Automated speaker did not line up with the sights - terrible and do not recommend it at all.

It us very tricky that only the blue one was actually the only one With sightsee vew....i expected all the buses to hhave a view.
Also the stops are not clear and not marqued on the spot, SO it was not easy to hop on and off.
It was a waste of money

The driver was rude when asking about redeeming ticket. The audio was horrible. Wound up purchasing another hop on hop off ticket for another company.
Do not recommend at all.
