From Paris: Palace of Versailles Guided Tour with Bus Transfers

This agency staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. They're on time, the bus was clean and comfortable. They made this experience memorable. 🥰👍

Obsługa biletów była w porządku. Żadnych problemów. Miałem natomiast problem z drobnymi kwestiami organizacyjnymi. Powiedziano nam, że mamy być 15 minut wcześniej. Czekaliśmy na 2 osoby 10 minut po czasie rozpoczęcia wycieczki. Po co zawracać sobie głowę byciem wcześniej? Ktoś zapytał, czy możemy zostawić rzeczy w autobusie, powiedziano nam, że autobus będzie odbywał inne podróże, gdy będziemy w Wersalu, więc "prawdopodobnie nie jest to dobry pomysł". Odpowiedź powinna brzmieć "nie". Wersal to niesamowite miejsce i wspaniale było je zobaczyć i dowiedzieć się o jego bardzo interesującej przeszłości.

The tour was great and so very enjoyable with our tour guide OMAR!!! He was superb and funny and so interactive with so much knowledge, gave us great insights and historical information. Both me and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the tour with Omar!

My experience with Headout was all good except one thing. We were struggling to find the meeting point and they were trying to contact me via WhatsApp, without any prior notice that they would use WhatsApp or any previous comms on it. I was monitoring SMS and tried unsuccessfully to use the phone number provided in the email to contact them to say we were in the area. The phone system is layers of menus and then cut me off before answering. We missed our tour but fortunately were able to get on the next. My advice to other travellers is to allow 45mins ahead of the departure time and view contact on WhatsApp, email and SMS if you think you may be late. The meet and greet staff and the guide were excellent.

This bus tour was great The guide at Verasailles was very enthusiastic. She pointed out all the palace highlights and gave a great historical account of the place

We had the best tour guide, we felt we were on a live history class, so rick in details but also on location. It was the most amazing imersion / experience. Having a passionate history teacher as a guide made this the best event.

It was overall a good trip but it was exceptionally busy so I think the bus should have left a little earlier so we could get in at our ticketed time- 12:10 opposed to missing that start time and having to wait an extra 30 min at the gate before we could enter. I know you don't control how busy the venue is but on the day we went it was extra busy ( this is my second Versailles tour with your company) and this experience wasn't as good as my first.

Guide was excellent. Travel by coach rtaher than train was an unexpected bonus, but welcome. After the tour I stayed and roamed the gardens by myself, with som every clear instructions on how to catch the train back. Thank you

The guide was wonderful. Your website gave two different places to meet our bus. Two links both lead to the wrong location. Very confusing. Numerous people had the same issue. Needs to be corrected immediately

The directions for where to meet were very confusing. Needed to be much more clear. Need a better meeting place. When off the bus and splitting into three groups, the group leaders did not call out the numbers so we had to ask which group. After asking and being told it was group two we found out it was group three. Really need to make guides call out group number loudly. We do appreciate being able to get in a later group as we missed the one we were scheduled for because we went to the wrong place. Our group two guide was great. She had good stories and knowledge.
