it is a new journey but the thing that i did not like it is i feel iam lost in the dark i dont know which room plus the people thier not all of them are smiling and welcoming the people alot of complicated things i could not understand anyway thanks .

The overall experience was very engaging and fun. Loved the Saira's character. She was the star performance of the play. Amazing setup. We would definitely like to book with our friends again.

When there was water in a room called pool and I walked through the water and I also liked that it hypnotized I know you got hypnotized at Aya-universe and thank you for the awesome experience I love it!!

I took my daughter and her friend they had a wonderful experience. We all did right from the beginning in terms of customer service the staff are well trained and the venue was just amazing we really enjoyed this outing. Def worth booking aya universe if you haven't been.

It was indeed an amazing immersive experience. We were greeted by the friendly receptionists and handed our Cosmic passports. He then quickly explained the map and so we went ahead and dive into our celestial journey. The staff were beyond helpful and super friendly, they were passionately explaining what to expect in each journey, one of the reasons why I would come back to this place in the future ‘the PEOPLE. I loved the Tides and Luna room, those were my favorites. I took lots and lots of beautiful photos and videos of the museum. Unfortunately despite all these wonderful experiences it could have been better if restrictions were mentioned prior booking or anywhere in the website or in the ticket itself that any sort of non pro tripod is not allowed inside the premises (non-solo traveler friendly though) not on the spot when they see anyone using it inside. I was not told by anyone that its not allowed until I entered the Flora room when the message was professionally delivered. It was indeed a beautiful trip to universe. Will definitely repeat this experience with other friends.

Easy, quick and good discount I thought at the beginning it's a scam as I did not receive an immediate email confirmation but only after 5 min I received the tickets through mail

I had a feeling I attended Expo2020 again. It was beautiful, but nothing special, to be honest. I was bored. But thanks to Prudence, who was very sweet and helped me to take pictures from different angles ❤️

The Wafi City Mall is a nice place to be too. Everything at Aya Universe felt magical. The staff is very welcoming. Highly recommended for the price. This place is one of it's kind.

Excellent service. The order was processed very quickly. The exhibition is just incredible! My family liked everything very much. I recommend to everyone.

The guides there kept pressuring into completing the tour quickly in the initial rooms. Towards the end nobody really cared.

AYA is not worth AED 90. Its fair at AED 50, while their list price is too high. Anyway we thank Headout as if it weren't for your price we would have skipped it. Request you to send this feedback to concerned at AYA
