Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Tickets were easy to acquire and entry was very simple. Palazzo Vecchio was a beautiful and interesting place to explore.

Tremendous architecture history and culture wrapped up in one amazing building. Stunning map room at top and end of the tour _ big surprise and very unique.

The Palazzo Vecchio was amazing and more than I expected. So many hidden gems, it's definitely worth the entry fee. I highly recommend a visit.

Gar kein Anstehen, Billet an der richtigen Stelle vorgewiesen und schon ging es rein 👍🏻 Rucksäcke und Taschen müssen abgegeben werden, das ist aber kostenlos und wir hatten das Glück, das wir auch dort nicht anstehen mussten und auch gleich noch auf die Toilette konnten. Alles in allem gelungener und eindrücklicher Besuch. Tipp: Kurz vor Feierabend Ticket buchen, dann hat es weniger Leute (wir waren um 17 Uhr und praktisch alleine...)

Dzięki rezerwacji online mogłem wybrać dzień i godzinę bez stania w kolejce do kasy biletowej. Już samo Salone dei Cinquecento pozwala zanurzyć się w innym wymiarze...😌 Żałuję, że nie udało mi się zarezerwować wycieczki z przewodnikiem po tajnych dzielnicach, następnym razem postaram się to zrobić 👋

The Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze was not really a very exciting museum visit. The art was mediocre and the palace itself lacks good taste. I thought the halls and rooms were not really very overwhelming. I had a nice outing and it got me out of the apartment and into the city centre again, which is always nice. Purchasing the ticket via Headout was very straightforward and a very good service. Very satisfying.

Der Museumsbesuch war ohne Wartezeit am Eingang möglich. Wir konnten direkt durchgehen und das beeindruckende Bauwerk bewundern.

I loved the whole exhibition, it was well curated and i did not have to stand in line. The entrance was really fast and it was not too crowded.

The collection of the tickets was easy, the guide showed us to the museum, and the collection is stunning. Wish we had allowed more time. 3 hours was not enough.

Ovviamente è tutto bellissimo, palazzo vecchio con gli uffizi sono indubbiamente tra le 7 bellezze dell'umanità, ma purtroppo l'unico problema è il caldo. Non vi è un sistema di areazione adeguato al caldo sempre più forte degli ultimi anni. Bisognerebbe migliorare solo sotto questo aspetto, cmq non sottovalutabile.

Es war sehr gut, dass die Tickets online so gut verfügbar waren, die App hat gut funktioniert. Wir mussten überhaupt nicht warten und kamen komfortabel in den Palazzo Vecchio. Haben Sie vielen Dank dafür!

It was key to get there at 9am when it opened. Less crazy busy in that area and the ability to enjoy the venue in a less rushed fashion. Very easy entry. Process all smooth!

Il museo del Bargello è stato al di sopra delle aspettative. È una metà irrinunciabile nel tour di Firenze. Anche Palazzo Vecchio è spettacolare, a cominciare dalla piazza.
