the boat and staff were friendly and welcoming. I would never do a canal tour again because people throw evething from the bridges, my daughter came out of the cruise completely soaked because someone threw something at her which I hope was water from the bridge. which is not the fault of the crew.

It was much more a personal experience than the bigger boats. Picked up near my hotel and the staff were amazing. Way more fun and friendly.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly especially Oscar and his partner ( I forgot his name) they made our experience wonderful.

The girl who served us drinks was so funny and welcoming. Ticketing worked perfectly. Lovely to view Amsterdam from a different perspective.

Me and my friends definitely enjoy this wonderful experience. The staffs were friendly and they took care of us. They shared some information about the city and its really interesting to hear it. They are helpful and would love to answer some of our questions. They also gave us some recommended place to go since we are just in the country for a tour. Thank you flagship!

Leider konnten wir vomoffenen Boot aus nur wenig sehen, da wir am Bug in Fahrtrichtung saßen und dieser so hoch war, dass die Sicht sehr eingeschränkt wurde. Das haben wir in der Vergangenheit, auf anderen offenen Booten, nicht gehabt.

Leuke boottocht met een geweldige Amsterdamse gids. Hij wist het publiek met leuke weetjes, wat geschiedenis en humor geboeid te houden.

The skipper and bartender were great. The unpleasant experience was that priority was given to the people without tickets vs the ones who had purchased tickets online in advance, regardless of the fact that we arrived at the venue earlier . So we ended up getting the last of the seats which is not what we had signed up for.

Po drodze dowiedziałem się wielu faktów historycznych, a na pokładzie było bardzo wygodnie i relaksująco.

Przewodnik był ujmujący i optymistyczny. Kanał był pouczający i dał nam dobre wprowadzenie do miasta.
