What's not allowed

• Avoid running or jumping around the slippery pool area.

• Avoid using hair dyes or hair colors that can stain the pool.

• Avoid carrying glass bottles or containers into the pool for safety reasons.

• The Retreat Spa is a place free from the disruptions of modern life. Therefore, electronic devices like wristbands, smartwatches, and cameras are not permitted in the spa.

• This experience is restricted for children aged 2 and under.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair accessible and offers facilities wherever needed.

• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

Additional information

• Swimsuits are mandatory in the pools. Carry your own, or rent them from the reception.

• Salt, minerals, and other elements found in the seawater of the Blue Lagoon can irritate your eyes. If you use lenses, we recommend that you remove them before entering the lagoon.

• Stay as long as you like but remember to exit the Lagoon 30 minutes before closing time.

• The minimum age for using the retreat and spa is 12 years.

• Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
