Es war ein s xhöber Ausflug in eine vergangene Zeit. Herzlichen Dank an unseren Guide Franz ,der mit viel Wissen und Wiener Scharm durch das Schloss und den Garten geführt hat. Schön ist nicht, daß man durch die vielen Gruppen manchmal etwas genötigt wird ,sich zu beeilen anstatt zu verweilen.. Ansonsten war es ein gelungener Ausflug, vielen Dank dafür

Our guide Michael S. was excellent. He was in interesting historian that brought the palace to life as we walked through it.

The guide Michael kind of rambled sometimes and was hard to understand with a heavy accent. Some of the topics he discussed were very interesting but some were kind of personal to him I think and could have been a better experience with less "color". Nice guy but started late and we were all standing in the sun waiting for others that were late, I don't believe that they ever showed.

I really enjoyed the zoo. The palace tour was nice but very crowded and could barely hear the tour guide even with the headsets due to the number of people being crammed into the rooms. Headout was nice to work with and we were able to reschedule part of our trip due to scheduling snafu very easily.
