Biuro na lotnisku sprawne, ale lokalizacja biurka zmieniła się, co nieco nas opóźniło, ale taksówka czekała i wszystko było w porządku. Sprawny, bezpieczny, pomocny kierowca. Mapa podana tak, abyśmy mogli łatwo znaleźć nasz hotel, była bardzo doceniana. Podróż powrotna. Wcześniejsze porady dotyczące hotelu ułatwiły spotkanie z taksówką. Był na czas, bardzo ciepły, z uprzejmym i pomocnym kierowcą.

Molo Alilaguna było dobrze oznakowane i szybko dotarliśmy do celu. Ponadto, jeśli jest dzień, można podziwiać widoki na Grand Canal, które są spektakularne.

Travelled from Marco P Airport to Venezia - easy to buy the tickets and find the bus stop. Bus was accessible and clean and the trip didn't take long.

Quando chegámos ao aeroporto de Treviso já tinhamos o autocarro à porta. A partida não demorou mais de 5 a 10 minutos. A viagem foi muito tranquila.

As a first time traveller to Italy with my family, we found the experience easy. We could find the bus without any problems, put our luggage in the luggage compartment and find a seat. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, this is something we didn't often come across whilst seeking help in Italy from customer service staff. Well done!
