Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal... Gute Erklärungen während der Fahrt...genügend Aussenplätze... leckere Matjesbrötchen als kleiner Snack...sehr gern wieder...rundum gelungene Fahrt zum Müggelsee und zurück

Leider verschwand die Buchung im Spam Ordner und war in meinem Handy nicht zu sehen. Ich habe vor Ort neu gebucht und bezahlt.

Der Kapitän war ganz witzig und hatte auch einge interessante Infos erzählt und die Fahrt war ganz schön. Allerdings das Personal gerade an am Einlass lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich stand in Stau, dann war die Autobahnzufuhr gesperrt, dann durch den Verkehr in Berlin, komm ich auf die letzte Minute an und werd gleich agepammt, ich solle doch beim nächsten Mal früher losfahren! Hallo, ich hatte mir schon einen Puffer von 30 min eingeplant. Auch kommen wahrscheinlich die wenigsten Gäste gleich aus der nächsten liegenden Ecke. Ich finde manchmal sollte das Personal auch einfach mal tief Luft holen, eh man gleich rumsaftet.
