Compramos las entradas para ver las bases de los equipos de la copa América y algún barco en el agua. Ni una cosa ni otra. Nos dijeron que la misma entrada del barco servía para visitar el museo de la copa. Cuando llegamos al museo, no podían escanear el código y nos dijeron que no podíamos entrar. Finalmente nos dejaron pasar. Saludos.

Hello, It was hard for me to find which specific boat is allocated to this ticket and I had to spend time to ask around. It was written that I get ticket to museum while check in to the boat and when I asked noone knew about it and said that I need to ask at museum. When I came to musem it took time to investigate and first entrance was denined. They had to call managers and after finding some phone number on the ticket I was allowed to get in. It was not pleaseant to spend time like that as I was coming spesifically to this event from Salou and back (in total 5 hours) and was limited in time because of bus schedule. But time on the boat was quite good and I could enjoy seaview. Kind regards, Jevgenia

Great service from the lady in the kiosk. The catamaran took us close to the race circuit and I got some really good pics. And the Americas Cup experience that came with my ticket was so informative and an immersive experience.

In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions, you will first be offered a change of day and if that's not possible, a refund will be offered.
If the race is suspended due to a lack of wind, you can avail of a 50% refund or choose to enjoy the rest of the event at sea.
If races are canceled after going out to the sea, no refund will be offered. You can either continue sailing or return to port.
