A wonderful experience. The views from the boat are fantastic, especially at night. The unlimited prosecco was surprisingly nice too.

Everyone at the dock and onboard were very friendly, plenty of room on board, and the waiting staff made sure we never ran out of drinks. Lovely views of the city as we gently cruised up and down the Danube, sipping our drinks.

Nice experience, but long waiting on forehand. Chaotic organisation. A lot of staff but difficult signs about ticket.

Ticketing experience was very simple but we were asked to bring photo ID that we were not asked to present and to arrive 30 mins before we sailed which seemed unnecessary as we just sat in a waiting room. The staff were very friendly however and it was a fun evening
