Podobała nam się ta wycieczka łodzią po kanale Dunaju. Poważną czkawką było jednak to, że instrukcje dołączania były całkowicie błędne (stamtąd nie kursują żadne łodzie, a kasa biletowa jest zamknięta!)! Łódź wypływa z schwedenplatz, a nie handelskai. Dlatego przegapiliśmy wycieczkę łodzią o 13:00, ale pracownicy DDSG byli naprawdę pomocni i zabrali nas na wycieczkę łodzią o 14:30. Zarezerwowaliśmy z wyprzedzeniem opcję sznycla na lunch, która była dobra (inne jedzenie i napoje dostępne na pokładzie). Nie do końca doświadczenie, którego się spodziewaliśmy, ale okazało się dobre.

Kiedy rezerwowałem podróż w obie strony, nie było wzmianki o zamknięciu Kanału Dunajskiego. Miła pani w kasie DDSG Blue Danube powiedziała nam, gdzie musimy wymienić bilety online na bilety papierowe. (I to w dzisiejszych czasach cyfryzacji). Więc tak, staraliśmy się podejść do tego z humorem. Ostatecznie podróżowaliśmy 35 minut w górę starego Dunaju i 35 minut w dół. Mogliśmy więc zapłacić pełną kwotę, ale nie otrzymaliśmy reklamowanej usługi. Uważam, że to nie w porządku tak oszukiwać ludzi. Normalnie należałoby żądać zwrotu 50%.

Byłoby naprawdę świetnie, gdyby na początku opisu atrakcji było napisane dużymi literami, że rezerwacja nie jest ważna sama i że bilet na tę rezerwację MUSI zostać pobrany w kasie biletowej. Ponieważ nie byłem tego świadomy, straciłem czas i byłem jednym z ostatnich, którzy weszli na pokład. W rezultacie nie dostałem ładnego miejsca na łodzi, aby zobaczyć, co chciałem. Byłbym naprawdę wdzięczny, gdybyś podjął kroki w celu dostosowania opisu. Nie byłem jedyną osobą dotkniętą tym zamieszaniem. Dziękuję. Pozdrawiam serdecznie, Olesia
