Ticketing was very straightforward especially for someone who struggles with technology. The cruise itself was good as the group was relatively small so you were not crowded.

Il tour in barca non permette di vedere chissà cosa della città , perchè la città stessa non offre molto in riva al fiume. Però è una navigazione molto rilassante, ideale per rilassarsi un po' tra un'escusione a piedi e un'altra.

It was an OK cruise. Majority of people on there were English but we had to wait for different languages before we heard any English and then it was so quiet you couldn't hardly hear it. We expected to be told about where to get our drinks which were included in our price at beginning of tour but weren't. We had to go down halfway through tour to find the bar. The crew on board were pleasant enough but didn't go out of their way to be hospitable so didn't receive a tip from most of the passengers. Overall a good way to see stuff but not really worth the money

Restrooms are not available for the 12-people boat. Guests can use the bathroom at the restaurant by the pier before boarding.
