Singapore Zoo

What's not to love, the lush vegetation and amazing homes provided for each group of animals was just as Mother nature intended. The staff are amazing. Friendly and super helpful. Lunch was delicious and super sized, the drink and ice cream cafes dotted around the complex where great... no one is going hungry here. I wish we had our children with us, kids world was right out of this world. This is a super day set out for all ages. Free walking Lima's, mummy sloth with her but on her tummy, pigmy hippo with his dancing ballerina feet had to be my favourite. I shall make it a must every time l am passing through Singapore. Love. Love, love this place ❤️

We enjoyed a full day visiting the various areas of the zoo and the Night Safari was well worth doing. The redeeming of the tickets was confusing. We didn't know we had to download everything when we attended the Night Safari which caused problems when we went to the zoo the next day as the system kept saying that the tickets had expired. Thankfully the staff at the zoo were on hand and really helpful

Best Zoo I have ever been to. Singapore Zoos have many, many animals. There are lots of amazing opportunities to have encounters with many of the animals.. Animal enclosureappear to be very natural and stimulating for the animals. Each zoo has a different take on presenting the animals. I would recommend them all.

Wcześniejszy wyjazd do zoo był dobrym planem. Pogoda była chłodniejsza i nie tak ruchliwa. Minusem jest to, że restauracje były zamknięte, z wyjątkiem bufetu śniadaniowego, który był opcjonalnym dodatkiem. Kosztowało to około 47 USD za osobę. Atrakcja River Wonders, na którą trzeba kupić osobne bilety, była świetna. Miałem okazję zobaczyć trzy ssaki z mojej listy życzeń, pandę olbrzymią, kapibarę i manata. Pandy były niesamowite, wyglądały na szczęśliwe, po prostu wyluzowane i chrupiące bambus, kapibara była na pokazie, na który trzeba wcześniej zarezerwować, opcja rezerwacji otwiera się na dwie godziny przed rozpoczęciem każdego pokazu. Manaty były równie szczęśliwe, po prostu pływały po swoim siedlisku. Zoo Singappre było również świetną atrakcją, jest ogromne, więc zaplanuj ciepłą pogodę podczas zwiedzania. Ponownie, wczesny poranny start oznacza, że zwierzęta są aktywne i można je wszystkie zobaczyć, zgaduję, że w miarę upływu dnia i ocieplenia, zwierzęta mogą zacząć chować się przed upałem. Zoo w Singapurze bardzo dba o swoje zwierzęta, ich dobre samopoczucie jest z pewnością priorytetem. Lokale gastronomiczne są pełne i znajdują się wewnątrz, a na zewnątrz są miejsca siedzące pod osłoną z wentylatorami, wszystko to jest częścią doświadczenia. Podsumowując, wizyta w Singapore Zoo i River Wonders była tego warta. Pandy olbrzymie i kapibary były z pewnością głównymi atrakcjami i gwiazdami pokazu! Proces sprzedaży biletów Headout był dobry, ale musieliśmy połączyć się z Internetem, aby skorzystać z ich bota czatu w celu potwierdzenia biletów, z jedną prośbą i zgodnie z obietnicą bilety zostały dostarczone w ciągu 30 minut. Proces sprzedaży biletów mógłby być płynniejszy i nieco szybszy. Bilety otrzymane od Headout nie są rzeczywistymi biletami do zoo, nadal trzeba je zamienić na bilety do zoo z personelem zoo. Dojazd do zoo za pomocą MRT do przystanku Khabit MRT, udaj się do Wayout A i skieruj się w stronę przystanków autobusowych, powinien być znak, gdzie znajduje się odbiór i odjazd autobusów z zoo. Oznacza to dużo chodzenia lub może korzystania z tramwajów, które przejeżdżają przez zoo na różnych przystankach. Miłej zabawy!

Helpful staff, all animals were visible, lines moved quickly on tram ride, the animals looked well looked after which is important

The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.

With Go City Singapore we were able to see several attractions in Singapore without any problems. Maybe more work should be done on how to access different attractions because there are locations where one ticketing office sends you to another and you start the queue all over again. And the booking process is sometimes difficult with this pass.
