• Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.

• Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.

• Guests can select any date to visit within the validity period from the link provided in the ticket. Once the timeslot is booked, tickets will only be valid on the date/time selected.

• The sea lion and penguin habitats will undergo a major revamp and close from 15 July 2024, with works expected to be completed in 2027. During this period, visitors interested in seeing sea lions can enjoy Splash Safari Presentation, held daily at 10:30am and 5pm in Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre.

Bird Paradise

• Pork/lard dishes are not served in restaurants within Bird Paradise.

• Professional photographers are available at the park for additional charges.

• If you want to visit River Wonders, please note that you must be at least 1.06m tall to get on the Amazon River Quest boat ride.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Please display the same at each ticket redemption point along with a valid photo ID.
