• Keep in mind food & beverages and sharp tools or objects with exposed needles that don't retract into the device, sunglasses, and eyeglasses are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Safety is a priority. So, this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.1m on some rides.

• Non-swimmer guests must not indecently expose parts of their body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures and slogans

• Unruly behavior, horseplay, abusive language, fighting, intoxication, queue jumping, running, diving, and spitting in the water are prohibited in the venue.

• Guests are not allowed to smoke on the premises except in the designated areas.

• Changing of diapers is prohibited in and around the pool area.

• Infants are prohibited from entering the pool naked or wearing regular diapers/ nappies. Instead, they must wear special swim diapers/ nappies in the water.

• Guests must avoid swallowing pool water.

• Strict dress code: Underwear, cotton clothes, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, swimsuits with metal details like zips, buttons, buckles, or snaps, shorts with protruding designs like rivets, long necklaces, and chains are not allowed on this experience.

• Your safety comes first. So, pregnant women and visitors with respiratory illness, chronic diseases, diarrhea, or underlying medical conditions are restricted from participating in this experience.

Additional information

Ski Dubai Snow Park

• Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by someone over the age of 16 years at all times.

• Winter gear provided: jackets, trousers, disposable socks, boots, skis/snowboard, and poles.

• Helmets are mandatory for children under the age of 13.

• Caps are not included in the winter attire provided. Hence, guests must bring their own if they are particularly sensitive to cold weather.

Wild Wadi Water Park

• Facilities: lockers and changing rooms.

• Children under the age of 13 years must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16 years to enter the premises.

• Guests may use their Go Pro cameras on all rides except the Jumeirah Sceirah and if the straps are attached to the camera.

• Guests must shower before using the slides.

• Don't forget to purchase some mementos for your loved ones from the souvenir shop inside the venue.
