What's not allowed

Skyline Luge

• Children under the age of 6 years and under the height of 110cm are restricted from riding the Luge alone.

• Children under the height of 135cm are restricted from riding the Skyride alone. Minimum height to ride accompanied by an adult is 85cm.

iFly Singapore

• This experience is restricted for guests under the age of 7 years.

Accessibility

Skyline Luge

• This experience is not the best fit pregnant women. It is recommended to plan your visit after the baby is born.

• Refrain from taking the Skyride and Luge if you have a medical condition that makes it more likely for you to sustain an injury.

iFly Singapore

• Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for expectant mothers and guests with shoulder dislocations, a history of back or neck injury, hard casts, and under the influence of alcohol.

Skyline Luge

• Children who do not meet the specified height requirements can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket on the spot ($12 per ticket for unlimited rides).

• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered-toe shoes.

• For their safety, It is recommend children under 8 years old remain on the Jungle (Red) Track. Clear signage will help riders to identify the appropriate tracks.

• Guests who book tickets online can redeem their vouchers at Skyline Luge Singapore 24 hours after purchase. You have a 30-minute grace period for redemptions.; delays beyond this will be handled at Skyline Luge’s sole discretion.

• Facilities: Lockers on rent

iFly Singapore

• Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If not available, they should bring a copy of their identity card or passport along with a waiver form signed by their parent or guardian.

• Both skydives must be done by the same guest and is non-transferable.

• For guests below 180cm in height, weight should not exceed 120kg and for guests over 180cm in height, weight should not exceed 140 kg.

• It is recommended to avoid collared shirts, dresses, skirt, and other revealing clothing. Wear tight-fitting covered shoes or trainers with laces.

• Guests with long hair are advised to tie up their hair to minimize messy knotty hair. Leave your jewellery and valuables at home.

• Advance reservation request is required (at least 3 days in advance) and booking confirmation will be subject to availability. Kindly send an email to info@iflysingapore.com for advance reservation requests. Please attach valid voucher(s), stating the preferred flight date, flight time, number of participant(s), full name(s), and date of birth(s). Any reservation request without valid voucher(s) will be denied.

• Flyers are required to check in 1 hour prior to the flight time for professional training; to ensure safety throughout flight experience; and gearing up.

• The maximum capacity per flight session is 16 guests and they will have to split into 2 groups of 8 guests for training and flight session.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.

• Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays
