Ticketing was easy and enabled us to not have to wait in a queue to visit. Great views of the city. Don't both to eat at the cafe inside, the views are good, but the service is poor.

Sehr schöne grosse Anlage, gut erhaltene Burg. Obwohl viele Besucher da waren, verteilen sich die Menschen gut und man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass es überlaufen ist. Wunderschöne Aussicht über die Stadt. Schöne Pfauen, die im Park frei herumlaufen.

I had to learn how to find the pdf download document to access the QR code. Entry after that was worthwhile to skip the long ticket line

Super easy to use, tickets delivered instantly via email and WhatsApp making them very accessible. Having the tickets booked in advance was great as it allowed us to skip the long line for the ticket office and go straight in! The Castle itself was interesting and had incredible views over the city, with a shady courtyard and lots of places to sit. Could benefit from more information boards exploring the history in more detail, we looked this up online as we explored.

We were really pleased to have bought tickets in advance. Very easy to get in. The views from the Castle were fantastic. There were plenty of places to get a drink or some food. Interesting place to walk around.
