the experience was good, as promised and expected. the directions about where to go and such were a bit confdusing, but that may have been a language issue.

The views were amazing! The staff that handled the elevators were so pleasant and helpful. The whole experience was easy. We had a 6:30 pm time slot and no line to get up.
