All good except the audio tour on a phonesimply does not work -all 3 of us had issues with it cutting out etc and gave up - paid 15 euros for nothing - offer the dedicated Audio Units

The seamless entry using our Headout unique QR codes was very helpful. We also appreciated the signage throughout the palace very helpful and informative. The staff were friendly and approachable. We won't forget experiencing such an amazing historical place.

Visite magnifique sans guide, bien que le prix soit beaucoup trop élevé mais c'est la ville qui décide de cela. Bonne visite avec de très jolies choses à voir

Le Palais des doges est vraiment intéressant et magnifique ! La Basilique est également jolie mais moins impressionnante

The artwork and architecture of the palace were very impressive. The ticket helped expedite our entry which saved us some time but not too much. There is no guide with this tour, which we maybe could've benefited from. Nevertheless, we enjoyed doing the self-guided tour and the palace was beautiful. It's worth the price.
