Unaware of how far the pick up point was from the venue also price of audio guide was expensive compared to the audio guide available from the venue itself

The basilica was beautiful, but in order to get a better idea of what it's all about, you should get the museum and terrace add on to the basic ticket.

El lugar de retiro de entradas hizo que tuviera cambiar el camino a la basílica. Podría estar más cerca. La atención fue excelente. Nos dieron un libro con datos muy interesantes de Venecia en general. Le falta corrección en la traducción al libro. Para la audio guía de debe descargar una app y no siempre me funcionaba bien. Si quería tomar fotos o video, tenía que volver a entrar a la app, descargar el plano, etc

I was given the wrong qr code for another site and ended up needing to buy a guide at the basilica. I was not worried so much about cost, more about wasting time faffing and trying to get things to work.

Fairly straightforward to get the tickets, which was not too far from the venue. Skip the line tickets worked well and saved us a lot of queing, so generally pleased with the service.
