Expérience très sympa en petit groupe avec guide en français , petit bémol pour le rapport qualité /prix car le petit déjeuner inclus dans l excursion est vraiment sommaire et pas très bon. La visite du dôme et la vue sont magnifiques , la visite de la basilique St Pierre est aussi très interessante.

1. The activity is at 7:45, it says that it starts at 7:45 but not that THE TOUR begins at this hour so if you arrive 10 mins before you have to take your breakfast in a rush. 2. The breakfast does absolutely not worth 10€ more as it is just a croissant with à supermarket fruit juice. 3. The guide was too much on her watch and cutting her explanations to repeat "stay together" like children. 4. It is stated "guided visit of the Dome" but our guide did come to the coupole but did not come up to top of the dome to explain us the panorama and said "you go up, take a picture then come back" It was a rush. 5. Instructions were not clear as 8 people of the group took the wrong exit as there are 2 (one by feet, one with the elevator), people got lost 8-10 minutes and the guide was really unpleasant, stating 10 times that it was the people´s guilt to be lost and that we could not read "exit" on the bilboard. That is not acceptable. 6. We made the line to enter so these are not fast track tickets. 7. Not enough interaction

The tour guide was great, she was warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable and worked hard to connect with each participant. She really know her material.

Very kind and highly informative guide. Easy to find location to meet up. Guide even helped with selfies. I would book this again. Bring your own bottle. Summer hot 86°F all 🌞 but several 💦 refill public fountains.

I wait everyone at"where to go" and no body there. the number of the operator does not get thr. I know I made a mistake and contacted headouts and that said "I am sorry..." Fortunately, i checked the web and there was another tour. I went to the meeting point this time and the guide let me join them. Maybe don't join the breakfast. It is not a heavy one.
