• Keep in mind large bags and loose items are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely! However, you can leave your bags with Westfield's concierge service if you need to.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed at the Skywalk.

• Strict dress code: No skirts or dresses are allowed on the Skywalk experience. Only closed-in shoes, pants, or shoes allowed.

• The lower decks of the buses are wheelchair accessible.

• Ramps are available onboard and around the boarding areas for easy access.

• Mobility scooters and large wheelchairs are not allowed on the buses.

• Note that the combined weight of the customer, their assistant, and their mobility aid must be under 300 kg (660 lb) for safe boarding ramp use. The wheelchair must also fit within the designated seating area.
