• Free admission is available for children under 7 years old. However, depending on height (taller than 110cm equivalent to 3.6ft), there is a fee being charged for the attractions. Please purchase a ticket for a child in that case.

• Keep in mind that there will be places where the light is more irritating or dim.

• When the hall is busy, the staff will lead the customers to the exit who have stayed in the museum for a long time.

• Note: It is strongly advised to wear pants throughout the encounter as an area of the exhibit has a mirror surface. Wearing a skirt or wide-hemmed pants may cause your underwear to reflect on the mirror surface.

• The facility is not liable for any participants' injury, loss, or other problems occurring inside the venue.

• Lockers for small luggage are available to use and free of charge. Lockers are 26 cm wide, 49.5 cm deep, and 87.5 cm high.
