Florence for history geeks

We were most excited about the fact that our tour guide spoke great English and had a friendly personality! We didn't have to wait in a long line by spending the extra money to bypass the long line.

Finding the meeting point was seemless, skipping the line was great and the guide was nice.. glad I chose Headout during my trip in Italy

I arrived with my family at the scheduled time (7:15pm), even though there was a line to get tickets, our resserved ticket line was a breeze! Overall great experience!

Everything went smoothly, except the entrance in the cathedral. I thought we had to wait outside in line for the main entrance, which we did, but once inside realised I could have used the entrance next to the bell tower. The climb to the bell tower was great inspite of all the remarks on the amount of steps, and how it could be terribly difficult. Some people in my group didn't do it because they were afraid. However, it was easy to do and the stairs are not that claustrophobic as people say and the fact that we can climb at our own pace and have the chance to stop and rest in each level makes it quite easy to do. The view is worth it.

We loved the tour guide, the Uffizi Gallery and how easy it was to book the ticket through Headout. Thank you so much for a fabulous experience in Florence.

Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Knowledgeable guide and the amazing city views from top of Duomo. The climb wasn't bad at all with plenty of spaces to catch your breath.
