Great tour! Highly personable and knowledgeable guide! The ability to skip the giant lines was already worth the price but the excellent tour guide took the experience over the top. Highly recommend!

We were not able to do the Summit room, which was included in our price paid. I suggest when you book tours for the summit room you do early entry.

I had to prompt the company to actually send me the tickets via email. I've been there before and know tickets are necessary.

Very easy to use the tickets - I scanned the barcode at the barrier then we passed my phone between us so that each of us could scan our tickets. The chateau was spectacular from the opulent bedrooms to the little area where they set out what Napoleon's on-tour accommodation would have looked like. The cafe and toilets were clean but basic - the cafe tables were outside. We saw lots of couples having wedding photos taken which was cute. The grounds were beautiful.

The impressive building and the extremely well organize distribution of rooms housing equally impressive masterpieces. So user friendly and of esy displacement of people. The surroundings are full of spaces for people to relax and admire even more artwork. Merci!

The Rodin museum was one of my favorite museums in Paris. I toured the sculpture garden first then enjoyed getting the context and history from the museum exhibits. A few days later I visited the house of Antoine Bourdelle, a student of Rodin, which provided even more color around Rodin's influence.

Huge and interesting museum. Another point of satisfaction goes to low amount of people. You can enjoy the history without a crowd around.

Our guide Phillippe was extremely well-versed in not just the works of art themselves, but the history of the Louvre as well. His ability to describe each object from multiple viewpoints aided in our appreciation and enjoyment of the entire experience. His tour was also well-paced, thorough without being rushed. I had been to the Louvre 4-5 times previously and with Phillippe's expert knowledge, I gained a while new perspective. Kudos to Phillippe! Highest recommendation!

This agency staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. They're on time, the bus was clean and comfortable. They made this experience memorable. 🥰👍

Our guide Leo was so excited and knowledgable about the catacombs! We were very engaged in the many stories and history of the catacombs and surrounding area. The use of photos on the guide's phone really helped to tie everything together. My only complaint is that Leo arrived about 15 minutes late to the meeting point. After that, everything moved along well.

Sam and Gironde were amazing-professional and always there to help or answer any questions. Thank you both for the great experience.

It was great to find a tour that included two key sites in one day trip. Many available are one or the other and when you are travelling you often have limited time so finding a way to put them both together definitely was a highlight. Both tours were run by different tour guides, and the tour at the palace of Versailles was run by such an expert in the field it was fantastic to have someone so passionate showing us around. Tips for anyone taking this tour: - if you want to save money you can bring a packed lunch pretty easily as there is no designated meal time. That's at your own discretion - it starts early and we don't stop for your own time until midday so definitely eat breakfast beforehand or bring snacks - Monets house was packed so do that first before you even look at the gardens otherwise you may miss out - bring a hat if it is spring or summer especially - there is water available to purchase but bring your own - the location they drop you off afterwards is different to pickup and they didn't give us that location. It made it a little harder for us to return to our hotel after as it was further away and we didn't know. Not a deal breaker but don't plan anything afterwards to give you extra time to travel at the end

The guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the catacombs. Being a small group made it easy for everyone to hear and ask questions. We also we let into areas not open to general tours which made it even more special. We absolutely loved the tour.

My experience with Headout was all good except one thing. We were struggling to find the meeting point and they were trying to contact me via WhatsApp, without any prior notice that they would use WhatsApp or any previous comms on it. I was monitoring SMS and tried unsuccessfully to use the phone number provided in the email to contact them to say we were in the area. The phone system is layers of menus and then cut me off before answering. We missed our tour but fortunately were able to get on the next. My advice to other travellers is to allow 45mins ahead of the departure time and view contact on WhatsApp, email and SMS if you think you may be late. The meet and greet staff and the guide were excellent.

Mała grupa, super organizacja! Żadnych tłumów! Dużo taniej niż zwiedzanie zamku z przewodnikiem! Pokazane są również inne pomieszczenia, takie jak opera pałacowa. Gorąco polecam w połączeniu z "własną" wycieczką po pałacu!

My guide seemed to enjoy what he was doing which is always a good thing. He was very informative and I liked his approach for teaching us new information. I was very disappointed that I didn't get to see or touch any clay courts. I understand the situation but it was still disappointing nonetheless. Charmanter, kundiger Reiseleiter (Sagar) Großartiges Erlebnis. Wir hatten allerdings auch Glück, dass wir (um 9.30 h) schnell reinkamen. Andere Gruppen sollen am Vortag angeblich 3 Stunden gewartet haben.

Bardzo miła wizyta w zamku. Może brakowało nam informacji, że musimy iść pieszo z dworca kolejowego do zamku, nie było to jasne. Reszta była w porządku.

Dobra obsługa z przydatnymi wyjaśnieniami. Jednak lokalizacja spotkania nie została poprawnie wskazana. Na szczęście pomoc telefoniczna była bardzo sprawna.

Rezerwacja była łatwa. Naprawdę doceniam możliwość wyboru daty dla każdego z tych działań. Kanał był świetną przejażdżką. Z drugiej strony nie udało nam się odwiedzić łodzi podwodnej, mimo że staliśmy w kolejce, ponieważ nie dokonaliśmy rezerwacji... W rzeczywistości było to odnotowane na bilecie, ale ta informacja zaginęła w tłumie. To nie twoja odpowiedzialność, ale być może powinno to być jaśniejsze. Podobnie w przypadku dostępu do filmów... ludzie muszą dowiedzieć się o programie i godzinach, aby mogli uzyskać dostęp do tego, co ich interesuje. Po raz kolejny nie udało nam się wejść. To trochę frustrujące, to był nasz pierwszy raz i wyobrażam sobie, że większość innych osób, dla których to pierwszy raz, doświadcza tych samych nieprzyjemnych niespodzianek. Pozdrawiam

Loved the exhibitions contained within the amazing architecture with beautiful views of Paris and environs. Also enjoyed a first class lunch at the restaurant.
