Our tour guide was excellent, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about Venice and this came across during our tour. I would highly recommend this tour and highly recommend our guide.

Everything worked like a charm. Regular advance tickets were already sold out, so we had to pay an extra for the tickets still available at Headout, then we downloaded the tickets, and, on the reserved date, we entered through the STL (skip-the-line) entrance, which was possible even 15 minutes earlier than our reserved time. It was worth the extra money because people were queueing for more than an hour in the extreme heat, and we really skipped the line, and just had to walk in.

Absolutely fantastic day. We thoroughly enjoyed the Glass Factory at Murano. Burano was our favourite. We only wished we had much longer to spend there. Such a beautiful little town. Really glad we decided to do this tour and we will definately come back to spend more time in Burano. Thank you.

The views are the best in Venice I'd say. And, you may be able to enter earlier or later than your stated ticket time depending on how busy it is. Our tickets were for a Saturday evening at 6:30pm and we entered at 3:00pm without any problems.

The tour ladies were very knowledgable about both places. We had 3 people and had 2 tour ladies-each for a separate tour. It will be better if the tour agent inform us ahead of time that there will be 2 separate tours with different tour guys. We had to ask the tour lady when we finished the 1st one because no one told us where & when to meet for the 2nd tour(We paid for both tours) and waa told to go back to the original gathering place for the 2nd one. If we didn't ask, probably no one would tell us.

The Venice 1 week valporeto pass was definitely well worth the money. We used it most day to get around Venice and the surrounding area. It saved money on paying day by day.

Ce fut une très belle journée qui nous a permis de découvrir ces 3 îles très typiques surtout Burano, la plus belle avec ses maisons colorées. Par contre, grosse déception pour Murano que nous n'avons pas pu visiter car trop peu de temps ! Il faudrait soit partir plus tôt soit éliminer Torcello qui est moins intéressante.
