• Guests aged 3 and below are restricted from participating in this experience.

• This ride will be shut during strong weather conditions like rain, lightning, heavy wind, and thunderstorms.

• Guests with a height of less than 105 cm will be restricted from taking part in this experience.

• This ride can accommodate a maximum of 16 people at a time.

Goosebumps Rope Course

• Adults with a height of less than 141 cm and children with a height of less than 100 cm and more than 140 cm will be restricted from participating in this experience.

• Guests weighing more than 120 kg will be will be restricted from participating in this experience.

• Children taller than 120 cm will be charged the same ticket fare as adults.

• Shuttle bus service from KL GMBB to Gamuda Cove will be suspended starting from March 11, 2024, until further notice.

• On weekday visits (excluding Malaysian public holidays and school holidays), guests will receive an RM 5 food voucher and an RM retail voucher for same-day use within the park. This promotion is valid until December 31, 2024.
