Easy and the experience is really awesome. We managed to come ahead of time and the staff were really accommodating even our name on the listing that we should had on that day based on our ticketing by headout. Really need to communicate effectively.

The Safari Insta-Tour only option takes you around 3 scenic locations of the wetlands with a dedicated Park Ranger, through a 2-way safari ride. Capture your enviable Insta-worthy moments as you glide along the Bamboo Trail, bask in the peaceful atmosphere of Lake Sendayan, and see traditional Malay houses at Rumah Melayu.

The Natural Wanderlust option includes a 1-hour boat tour along with the safari ride. Nothing beats a relaxing cruise in an open-top boat as you keep a lookout for wildlife along the banks of the lake.

The Safari ride is not accessible for wheelchair users, pregnant women, and children below the age of 3.
The boat cruise is restricted to guests aged 1 and above.
Guests must do pre-reservation 3 working days prior to the actual visit via 0129321811 (call/Whatsapp) since they only have limited 4 daily slots for them to choose.
