Was very disappointed as the bottling area was underneath maintenance, if this was know we would of re-booked another day. Unable to purchase t-shirts as their stock was very low in sizes required and design. The samples were enjoyed

We did enjoy the tour. We would like to point out an issue with directions to getting to the factory. We travelled by train, all good, found the bus interchange and the location of our bus, all good, but when we asked our driver for the stop recommended, she didnt understand English. If the bus had stopped at every stop, it would of been we would of been of, but the bus sailed past our stop without stopping. Eventually we got of the bus at Tuas Station and caught another bus back. I would highly recommend you advise that the bus stop required is 25239, and that people have that written down to show the driver. The tour was good, would of been better with the factory was operational. We met a lovely couple from Wales, who we spent two hours chatting with and sampling your lovely Tiger Beer.
Your beer tour starts off at the Visitor Centre at the Singapore Tiger Brewery where you’ll learn all about the iconic beverage. Discover the ingredients used in different brews and the intricate details considered while brewing a glass of your favorite drink. Smell the strong aroma of malt and learn about the brewing process at the Brew House.
Once done, learn the art of pouring a perfect glass of draught beer. Enjoy a glass of the freshest Tiger Beer along with other brews during the beer sampling at the Tiger Tavern. Be sure to ask the guide any question you might have regarding any part of the process.
Important Information
- Only fully vaccinated guests are allowed entry to the brewery.
- The experience is unsuitable for individuals under 18 years of age.
- It's mandatory to show your photo ID (passport/IC/driving license) for admission to the brewery. Visitors who fail to bring a photo ID will be refused entry.
- Children visiting the brewery will only be allowed entry with an accompanying adult.
- Your ticket is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Daily: 1pm to 5pm. You are requested to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour
- Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.
- Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
- Please arrive at the redemption point 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your visit to avoid any delays.
