Aplikacja była trudna w użyciu. Nawet osoby starające się nam pomóc, które są młodsze i bardziej obeznane z technologią, stwierdziły, że aplikacja nie jest zbyt przyjazna dla użytkownika.

I am 70 years old and had used physical pass before. I like the paper pass. This time I had many problems in reserving seats!

Existía buena información en la Gare du Nord sobre la hora de partida y el andén respectivo del tren a París. Igualmente existía información en los vagones hacia París. Los vagones muy cómodos y el tren partió a la hora exacta

The overall experience was excellent. However, booking the seats via eurorail pass is a tedeous process which can be made easy. Moreover, I did not receive the reference number for my 2 year old daughter and as the whole process is unmanned it was difficult to find help.

During the travel in france and Paris they demand additional reservation charges which brings us discomfort and this TGV reservation charges should be part of Euro rail pass

Know before you go

Seamless activation

Your Eurail Pass is fully mobile! Activate it in the Rail Planner App using the Pass Number from your confirmation email.
After activation, add your journey to get a QR code ticket in the app that must be presented to the inspectors at the station.
Don’t forget to reserve seats for trains that require bookings – do it early via the Rail Planner app!

What's not allowed

This pass cannot be sold or used by residents of Europe, the Russian Federation, and Turkey.

Additional information

The pass isn't valid in your country of residence, except for two journeys – one to leave and one to return.
Seat/bed reservations for mandatory trains are an extra cost and may be limited, so booking in advance via the Rail Planner app or at the station is recommended.
4/5/7-day passes are valid for 30 days after activation, and 10/15-day passes are valid for 60 days after activation.
The pass must be activated through the Rail Planner App within 11 months after the date of purchase and before the first travel.
