What's not allowed

• Re-entry to the park is not allowed once you exit the park.

• Carry cases and other large luggage are prohibited inside the park. Large/extra-large lockers are only available outside the park at an additional cost.

• Blades, explosives, other weapons, and helmets, glass bottles and cans, food, and beverages, drones, and remote control vehicles are not allowed.

• Shutterbugs, take note: Monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along on this experience.

teamLab Botanical Garden

• Keep in mind selfie sticks, tripods, food and alcoholic beverages, large luggage, dangerous items, open drinks, and any other items deemed unsafe by the staff are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Shutterbugs, take note: Flash photography, monopods, tripods, and selfie sticks are a no-go inside the venue.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets (except guide dogs) cannot tag along for this experience.

• Please do not collect plants or feed animals/ birds.

• Re-entry is not permitted.

• Wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking as the garden path may be muddy and dark and opt for long sleeves and long pants to avoid mosquito bites.

• The venue has areas that are dimly lit, have height differences, and may be unstable, so guests should be careful and pay attention to their surroundings and others.

• The exhibition may be (temporarily) canceled in case of inclement weather warnings such as severe wind, rain, and thunderstorms.

• The ticket is valid only on the specified date and time.

• Children (middle school and below) must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years old or above. There must be one accompanying adult for every three children, including children eligible for free entry.
