What's not allowed

• Keep in mind drones , food & beverages, toys resembling weapons, and large luggage are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed in most parts of the venue.

• Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.

• Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

Accessibility

• It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

• It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

• This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

• Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

• To use the "Area Timed Entry Ticket" at Universal Studios Japan, you must reserve a specific time slot either before your visit or on the day you arrive.

• You can make this reservation through the Universal Studios Japan official app or at a kiosk within the park.

• Guests cannot select their preferred entry time for each ride.

• Before the visit, guests are requested to check the Universal Studios Japan website for the timings of various rides as they are subject to change.

• Guests can only enter specific rides during the time shown on their Express Pass. -Entry times to the Super Nintendo World™ and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter are randomly assigned by Universal Studios Japan. Be present during the assigned time to ensure entry.

• The minimum height requirement for Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is 122cm.

• Attractions may be closed on certain days for maintenance.

• Operation of attractions is subject to change without prior notice or liability. -Each Express Pass for closed attractions allows you to experience one of the designated attractions and reach out to on-site staff.

• Your voucher will be emailed to you instantly.

• Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the redemption point.
