It was fantastic... we hit all the major rides and watch 2 shows with 30 minutes to spare. It would have been even better if we reserved a couple of character meetings.

We bought the VIP ticket and was assign a very friendly guide. We manage to try most of the ride and was very satisfied with the arrangement.

We appreciate your assistance in securing a VIP EXPERIENCE TICKET for our visit at Universal Studios Singapore last Nov 01, 2023. We did not encounter any hassle in visiting the place. The management and staffs of Universal Studios SG VIP EXPERIENCE were so courteous, accomodating, kind and beautiful people. The rides and Meet and Greet were amazing and we really enjoy that fantastic experience at US SG. Unfortunately, we were not able to experience the ride for SHREK due to undisclosed problem on the part of mgmnt of Shrek. Though it happened, we will still recommend Headout to all our friends and relatives who wishes also to experience the magnificent VIP EXPERIENCE at Singapore. Two (2) thumbs up to all of you. Thank you so much Headout. We are looking forward to ask again your help the next time we visit to other wonderful places in the world. Kudos and more power !!!

The staffs of the Universal Studios Singapore were kind, friendly, courteous and beautiful. No hassle in riding the "Transformer, Mummy, Roller Coaster, etc." And watching the "Waterworld". We also had the Meet and Greet with Shrek & Fiona, Megatron & the Minions. We did not wait long in riding the "RIDES". Unfortunately, we were not able to watch one show, the Shrek, in the theatre and we dont know the reason. Our tour guide is very good & speaks well in English. We were very satisfied & i am giving 2 Thumbs Up to the management and staffs of Headout and most especially, to the Universal Studios Singapore. Kudos Everyone. Rest assured that the next time we come back to USS or visit Universal Studios U.S.A., we will again ask for your assistance in booking us to the VIP EXPERIENCE. Also we will recommend you to all our friends and relatives when they plan to visit USS. All in all, we had an amazing, fantastic and wonderful experience at the Universal Studios Singapore and all the magnificent places we visited such as Jewel Fountain (Changi Airport), Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay Sands, Little India, Mustafa Center, Merlion Park, Chinatown, Bugis, etc.. Last but not the least, the foods in Singapore were all delicious and terrific because it has a unique taste. We love Singapore so much and we will not get tired of coming back to Singapore to explore more of its wonderful places, food and of course people who are beautiful inside and outside. Thank you so much Headout for everything you've done for us 🙏 More power and goodluck to all your future endeavors 🤗😀🙏 To God be the Glory 🙏🙏🙏

Additional information

The VIP Experience is non-exclusive and can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests.
The VIP Experience departs throughout the day but it is subject to availability.
The VIP Experience is available in English and Mandarin but it is subject to availability.
The VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and there shall be no rain check or refund made.
You must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
The VIP Experience Team must be notified of any changes at least 24 hours before commencement of VIP Experience, failing which the guest will not be entitled to a refund
The price of the One-Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
The 10% retail discount on selected merchandise in Universal Studios Singapore cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts.
Your SGD25 Meal Voucher is valid at Resorts World Sentosa-owned dining outlets, such as TEPPAN by Chef Yonemura, Fratelli Pizzeria, Osia Steak, and Seafood Grill, Forest™, Feng Shui Inn™, Sessions, Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora™, Tangerine™ and any other restaurant or food cart at Universal Studios Singapore, except Starbucks.
For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
Children under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up an indemnity form for their participation in the VIP Experience.
You must fulfill the appropriate height requirements and understand the safety recommendations for each attraction.
Universal Express™ Unlimited is not valid for Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunter, Amber Rock Climb, Magic Potion Spin, and Front Row of Battlestar Galactica.
Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time.
Effective June 1, 2024, entry tickets to Universal Studios Singapore will no longer allow re-entry into the park.
