The experience was excellent! We went up at the o2 for my daughter's birthday and she loved it. The only down side was having to download an app to access the tickets. I would prefer them to be on email.

the whole experience was first class , arrived early and was allowed on the earlier climb , safety instructions were clear and explained well , our guide was very good and made people relaxed with no need to rush . would definately recommend .

Tickets were easy to book and useful to have on the headout app, as I can't always access tickets in other ways. The climb over the O2 is a brilliant experience, well organised, with friendly and well-informed guides. I felt safe at all times. The view from the top is spectacular and being able to spend time there, with information given about the places in London is great.

From 22 November 2024 to 5 January 2025, the roof of the O2 will feature a mesmerizing snow globe to celebrate the spirit of Christmas. Begin your adventure with a safety gear fitting, after this, meet your knowledgeable guide who’ll ensure your climb is both safe and enjoyable. As you ascend the south facade of The O2, your guide will fill you in on intriguing facts about the venue's architecture, history, and famous faces who have performed there. Once you reach the summit, step into the snow globe where you get to enjoy stunning views of London amidst falling snow. You will also get to munch on a delicious gingerbread cookie, and the option to purchase glasses of bubbly or soft drinks.

Choose your ideal climb

Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, the Up At The O2 experience has a climb for you, with 3 distinct ticket options. Opt for the Daytime Climb for clear views of landmarks up to 15 miles away or choose the Sunset Climb to witness the romantic transition from day to night over the city. Alternatively, the Twilight Climb provides a unique opportunity to experience the city's dazzling lights after the sun has set, a truly unforgettable spectacle.

What’s not allowed

Safety is a priority so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.
Maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.
Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.
Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.
Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.

Additional information

You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time as latecomers cannot be admitted.
