Know Before You Go

Important Information

The device can be delivered only to hotels and hostels. Delivery to home or house accommodations is not possible. The hotel reservation must be confirmed before the device is delivered.
The following information is required for the delivery of the device: Hotel Tel number, name of person making a reservation, check-in date, and hotel reservation number. The supplier will contact you via email if there is any problem.
Reservations made after 12pm (Japan Time) on the previous day may not guarantee timely delivery of the device. For deliveries to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and Kyushu, please make a reservation at least 1 week in advance.
Airport pick-up reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. The number of Wi-Fi routers is determined by the number of participants in the reservation. Please select 1 if you need only 1 device.
A daily fee of JPY700 will apply for late returns of the device. In case of losing the device, a flat fee of JPY25,000 will be charged.
