• Keep in mind food & beverages and sharp tools or objects with exposed needles that don't retract into the device are not allowed on this experience. Pack wisely!

• Safety is a priority. So, this experience is restricted for guests under the height of 1.1m on some rides.

• Non-swimmer guests must not indecently expose parts of their body, be transparent, or display obscene or offensive pictures and slogans

• Unruly behavior, horseplay, abusive language, fighting, intoxication, queue jumping, running, diving, and spitting in the water are prohibited in the venue.

• Guests are not allowed to smoke on the premises except in the designated areas.

• Changing diapers is prohibited in and around the pool area.

• Infants are prohibited from entering the pool naked or wearing regular diapers/ nappies. Instead, they must wear special swim diapers/ nappies in the water.

• Guests must avoid swallowing pool water.

• Strict dress code: Underwear, cotton clothes, transparent bathing suits, street clothes, swimsuits with metal details like zips, buttons, buckles, or snaps, shorts with protruding designs like rivets, long necklaces, and chains are not allowed on this experience.

• Sunglasses and eyeglasses are not permitted on the rides for safety reasons.

• Keep your camera tucked away – photography is strictly not allowed in the main lobby of the venue.

• Strict dress code: It is advisable to wear smart and casual attire. Knee-length shorts are allowed for all genders. Beachwear is not permitted inside the venue.

• Children below 13 years must be accompanied by a guest over 16 years of age to enter the premises.

• Guests may use their Go Pro cameras on all rides except the Jumeirah Sceirah and if the straps are attached to the camera.

• Guests must shower before using the slides.
